SUNDAY MORNINGS.

About half an hour, once a week, to put down the week you just had before the next one starts asking for things.

This Sunday

PRESS PLAY AND SIT DOWN.

New every Sunday morning. No sign-up, nothing to join.

What it actually is

THE SAME SHAPE EVERY WEEK.

So you always know what you are sitting down to.
FirstArrivingA guided arrival in the body, and the week's idea explained properly before anything is asked of you.
ThenBreathworkOne pattern, chosen for that week, with the reason it works rather than an instruction to just breathe.
ThenMeditationA guided visualisation. A room, a moment, a conversation you have been rehearsing anyway.
ThenJournallingFive questions. New ones every week, always making the same five moves.
ThenSomaticOne physical practice, so the work lands somewhere other than your head.
LastClosingWhat the week asked of you, and one thing to carry into Monday.
The journal

ONE JOURNAL, EVERY SUNDAY.

Print it once. Keep the pages.

The questions change each week, written fresh into that morning. What stays the same is the five moves they make and the order they run in. Write the question on the line as it comes up, answer it underneath.

  1. Locating. Where you actually are this morning.
  2. Examination. What sits underneath the first answer.
  3. Reframe. Turning the thing over. Whose voice is it in?
  4. Activation. The one move, small enough to do before next Sunday.
  5. Declaration. One sentence you would stand behind out loud.

Nothing is typed into this website and nothing is stored here. It is yours, on paper.
